Great location, best Petit old France, across from the train station. Staff was excellent, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast buffet was killer, all farm to table and fresh! Room was a good size, clean, great shower pressure. Would definitely stay here again when in Strasbourg

The location was excellent. And the room was beautiful and in keeping with the period.

The hotel had parking in a garage, for a fee, which was good. It felt like the vehicle was safe overnight. The location was good, just a short walk to downtown. It was located near the highway so a bit on the noisier side if you opened the windows. The breakfast options were ok, I appreciated having some non dairy options for yogurt and milk. We had issue with our room key cards when we first arrived, we had to get them redone. The fan also wasn’t always working and there was no AC because of the time of year. It was quite warm while we were there so it did make the rooms a bit stuffy. We had also gone up to have a drink at the bar but found out it was only staffed at specific times. We ended up going out instead. All in all, on ok place.

Room had an odor like old drains which did not go away despite use. Airing the room out helped a little. Bed was both too soft and too firm, my hips and shoulders are very sore. Walls outside were relatively soundproof, but things happening in the corridor sounded like they were in my room. Otherwise, the room was pretty spacious and the location was pretty good, roughly equidistant between the train station and city center. There was a kitchenette if you need one. Always appreciate an elevator and baggage storage.

The hotel is in a great location. Just a 5 minute walk to Petite France and 10 minutes from the train station. The staff was excellent and made many great recommendations. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of selections.

Clean room, staff friendly. air conditioning didn’t work much, minimum it hot was 24C… Good breakfast, but for being France i expected more. Where are the fromage options? They don’t mention within the Expedia app that the pool is closed for kids at 5pm.
