County Offaly Hotels with Parking

Very nice rooms but quite a bit away from reception. The design of the reception is a bit odd also - it's immediately obvious where to find the bar/restaurant. It could do with some more prominent signage. But a very nice, clean hotel.

Family of 3 and had all we needed in a great location.

Simply fantastic. The staff and accomodations were excellent, and we so appreciated receiving a very kind complimentary room upgrade to celebrate our anniversary. The history of the castle and surrounding land is fascinating and steeped in lore, and we enjoyed learning more about this this very special part of the heart of Ireland.

We loved our stay. Room was great, the property was awesome. But the food….was some of the best we have ever had. We ate at the Carriage house, Kathleen’s Kitchen, the Pantry, and the breakfast buffet. Seriously the best culinary experience I’ve ever had. We will be back and I will be recommending the Carton House to anyone who will listen.

Absolutely wonderful hotel! Staff are so warm and kind and professional and go out of their way for you! Food, especially breakfast is superb. Public areas feel luxurious! We were upgraded to a junior suite and it was perfect! Loads of space and a stunning bathroom!

The room was huge, over two floors which meant we had a sleeping and then living space. Came in very handy with the kids waking up early. The only thing in the room was the Aircon could not keep up with the sun on the big glass windows, we would have struggled with the temperature if it had stayed at 28 for more than one day. The breakfast was fantastic, the staff efficient and super helpful the coffee bar was amazing, making sandwiches fresh when they ran out and the coffee there was great. The pool was okay, on the cooler side and you had to wear hats which where provided, as where towels. It was a bit of an adventure to get to it too. Parking was brilliant though, plenty of space and in the cool.
