Yes rooms are up to my liking..only thing restaurant is missing. On site ..It’s a 8 min walk to restaurant which is very good..service is prompt..anything we needed was right there.friendly staff and helpful..get right back to you..will definitely be back…price was good too..don’t change that..lol.. my grand absolutely loved it.. she’s 26 yrs old and travels

Clean room. Pool was nice.

Coco Beach Resort was a recommendation, and I’m glad I booked our stay here. From the beginning the staff was very attentive about how we would be arriving to the hotel, and any accommodations they could make. Rooms were spacious and clean. The outside area of the hotel was beautifully kept clean. The pools were amazing my daughter had the best time. Rainer was the best, best customer service.

Friendly staff, great snorkeling from the dock, restaurant was good, but the vibe is what sets it apart from others, the tropical setting was great, oh and the pool has a warm hot tub’ish area which was a nice surprise.

The property was average. It was clean and convenient. What made this property exceptional was the service. Bertha assisted me with a mistake I made with our reservation. She saved us and made our stay outstanding. We travel often and globally and Bertha is truly exceptional and should be recognized for her professionalism and customer service. Thank you!

They made my trip an amazing experience. It was my girlfriend’s birthday and they made sure I had a great room with the best views of the resort. The food was amazing and I couldn’t complain about the amenities. There wasn’t necessarily a beach due some recent construction but other hotels have similar beaches. My favorite area of the resort is the pool on the 6th floor during sunset. I went to see the sunset every day. Staff was nice, friendly, and always happy to help. I have no complaints!
