Beach Access- Guests will enjoy their beach experience at the expansive public beach located by the restaurant The Crab Trap.
*This home rents only Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months. * No College/Student groups allowed. all renters must be 25 and older except for children in families.
*Weddings/Events – All weddings/events must be pre-approved by Beach Reunion. A $750.00 event fee is required for any wedding or event. In addition, a $1000 refundable deposit is required for ALL weddings. This home has public beach access. *Events for this home must obtain the separate permit through Okaloosa County in addition to the Beach Reunion event fee. *
*Pets Are Permitted: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs, with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only*

VayKGear (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!
Private Elevator- This home features a private elevator. This is an optional $350 fee to use during guests stays. Guests who opt out of the fee will not have the elevator for use during their stay. *Private Elevator for Baggage or Guests Unable to Climb Stairs ONLY. *
Electric Street Legal Golf Cart Rentals — We offer electric street legal golf cart rentals to Beach Reunion guests only and at a substantially lower rate than our competitors in the Destin/Miramar Beach area. If you are familiar with this area you know from past vacations that their popularity makes traveling to and from the Call us today to reserve a 4-seater or 6-seater street legal golf cart with your vacation rental home!
Pool Heat — From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated. The spa does not operate like a standalone hot tub. The spa will only reach the same temperature as the pool, 86 Degrees Max. Outside of the dates spa cannot be heated.)

This means that not only do you get an entire stunning luxury home for your stay, but you are met with the vast amenities offered through Destiny East. Stroll down to the club house to enjoy the 2 large outdoor pools, 2 playground areas for the kids, pickleball, tennis and basketball court or reserve the theater room for a private movie night experience!

Over The Top is within walking distance to the beach front restaurants and Destiny East`s Community Center which offers a large pool, fitness center, tennis courts, basketball courts, walking/pet path, large playground, grilling/prep station, and private movie theater! The public beach access is conveniently located just two blocks from the home at The Crab Trap.
