The host that welcomed us in was very gracious and kind. The condo was very nice but could be updated and deep cleaned. The rugs were very old and the 2nd bedroom smelt like someone had a cat in there and they went on the rug. We did enjoy the complex and the view was fantastic. . Just needs updated, new rugs. New furniture in living room and deep cleaning . Location is awesome. We loved it there.

First time to Destin, condo was clean and updated. Check-in was a breeze. Beach was clean and private for residents at the complex. Pool was clean and a nice change from the beach. Location was perfect. Host was wonderful with communication, (sorry if I was late to respond). We will book again.

The unit is very pretty and decorated well. We enjoyed our stay and the unit was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, toaster, coffee pot etc. It really had everything we needed. The only negative is the carpet in the bedrooms and main living area that is showing its wear with stains etc. All in all it’s a beautiful unit with top notch finishes! We enjoyed our stay.
