The upstairs guest quarters include a lovely loft bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV for evening entertainment. Adjacent to a full bathroom with a tub shower combination is a separate bedroom with a Full and Twin size bed, perfect for kids. If that's not enough sleeping spaces, there is also a sleeper sofa on the main floor.

From March 1 to October 31, guests can enjoy 2 complimentary chairs and an umbrella. (Note; you can set up personal chairs behind the vendor set up, meaning between the vendor set up and the condo. But you cannot put up umbrellas or canopies, with the exception of baby tents. You can rent additional beach set ups from vendor for $60/day).
