Charming Old-West themed home of almost 1800 square feet completely yours for total privacy. 5 bedrooms and 2 full baths, 2 living room areas, 3 TVs and over 130 channels. 2 refrigerators. 2 dining areas that can accommodate a total of 10. Super comfy beds. Sleeps 10.

Location, location, location! A 20 second drive or three-minute walk to gate 6 of the Iowa State Fair! Only 4 minutes from I-235, and 7 minutes from downtown Des Moines. 1 minute drive to Sleepy Hollow Sports Park.

Fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need for cooking, including drip coffee maker & coffee. If we don´t have it, we´ll get it!

Dedicated work space. Deck for outside dining and gas grill. Washer and dryer for your convenience.

Parking for three or four vehicles in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood.
