Everything we needed was included in the price—breakfast and access to the swimming pool—which was a real plus. However, the family room, and indeed the hotel as a whole, felt rather tired and in need of an update. The breakfast itself was excellent, but the dining area would benefit greatly from new carpet and furniture. That said, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay.

We really enjoy our stay at the hotel and we loved the pool and our room was spacious, clean and with comfy beds. The only down part is the breakfast which in my opinion it was poor quality food, fruit and juice. The breakfast selection was not appealing. But apart from this everything was amazing.

Nice place, little out dated. Stayed in a suite and half the items in there didn’t work, light switches and other items like the doors to the balcony so no access to a balcony which I paid extra for and the air con system

It was ok, needs a few improvements. Friendly staf

Staff were lovely and welcoming. The entrance was nice. We had the Executive room, with a king-size bed that had a dip on one side and two single beds, which the children were happy with. The beds were clean. We loved the skylights. The carpet was stained and a bit sticky, and some of the chairs were stained. We had breakfast; I had a full English, which was of basic quality. The chairs were dirty in the dining room. The children preferred the continental breakfast. If it weren't for the floor needing a good clean and the chairs, it would have been a nice room. Oh, and the kettle wasn't clean, nor were the cups, so we had no tea. It was a lovely touch to include a kids' activity pack and chocolate. Didnt have time for pool, but it looked nice.
