Compared to what it was 2 years ago this was the most horrible stay at any hotel I've ever been in and we used to stay in this resort a lot after a couple years of not being here we were very disappointed the pool was ice cold and not been maintained so swimming was not an option and they acted shocked when I explained that the pool was ice cold there was no lights in the pool there was black water coming out of my tub faucet and in the second bathroom the water was bright yellow so bathing was not an option really because of the minerals in the water my internet cable stuff in my room went off so we had no local TV and no internet channels to watch either or cable channels there was black mold all around the window and the people at the reception desk did not care one way or another this was my husband and mine's 25th wedding anniversary and as I said this hotel used to be our favorite place to stay it has gone so downhill there's no game room anymore the restaurant and bar was neither here nor there so it being closed wasn't an issue but the lack of attention the lack of cleanliness and the absolute atrocious behavior of the staff when trying to explain your problems was just enough to make me never ever go back here very disappointed almost sad as this was our family's favorite place for years
