Room was very clean, neat, bigger than expected. Nice amenities. Only down side was they forgot to have TP in the room. Luckily I always have some with me. It was priced really well. Definitely was very pleased. And I never write reviews either.

I liked the large room, the bed was very nice and comfortable, the towels were very thick and nice. We did have to change rooms because the knobs were missing to change the heat, and the toliet lid didn’t stay up and the coffee pot didn’t work. But we got a room where everything worked and all ok👍

Would never stay here again.

We were on a weekend getaway for a concert and the photos of Sonesta Simply Suites looked great. The photos were very misleading. The room was so small. This hotel was run down and filthy. The elevator had exposed wires. There were large burn marks on the curtains. The fan in the bathroom was disgusting. The entire hotel was dirty inside and out. Two light fixtures didn't turn on. There were no other options in our price range since my card had already been charged at check in or we would have left. We did let the guy at check out know and showed him the pictures. Honestly, no one seemed really concerned.

This hotel was wonderful! As a mama traveling solo with her child, Renée was so kind and so loving and exactly who we needed arriving later in the evening. The room was spacious and clean and beautiful and stocked. The hotel smelled well. The parking was easy and felt safe and every single staff member I interacted with was very pleasant. Overall, this was a great stay and we couldn’t have appreciated all of you more thank you!

I had a hard time sleeping on the soft mattress, i couldn't change rooms to a suite with a couch, because i had booked with expedia.

It was an average stay nothing fancy or special. We were surprised that the charge $250 for damages. When we asked about the charge they explained that most hotels are charging that amount or around it in that area.

We have always had a great experience at Sonesta, but this time there was no supplies in the room, like paper towels, soap, ect. The dishwasher didn't work. The heater/AC unit was missing the top piece so it wouldn't flow into the bedroom.

clean rooms

The bathroom supposed to be handicap accessible, but it had a very awkward layout. Nowhere to put any items barely place a bar of soap in the sink. Shower curtain was too short so all the water just spilled into the middle of the bathroom nothing else catching the water. the bench in the shower was falling off and hanging by two screws.
