The staff here is amazing. Friendly and patient! You can tell they take pride in the property and it shows by the effort put forth. Great location for going to the mall or a show at fiddlers.

Pros: Quiet, seemingly safe, good food and groceries in walking distance, convenient to I-25, staff were nice, good streaming options on tv, kitchen is stocked fine, nice big rooms, nice late 12:00pm checkout. Cons: water pressure in shower was extremely low, breakfast hot food and coffee were cold so we had to buy breakfast, breakfast was so crowded we had to eat back at the room the next day.

Overall the people at the front desk were extremely professional, helpful and nice. However, the fire alarm battery started to peep at 3:00 am our last night there. So, needless to say the last night was very uncomfortable. When I told the front desk at check out all she did was say sorry. Thinking something more could have been done/offered.

My room has trash ont he trash can. You all over charged my deposit a few times. I’m waiting for everything to clear now. Multiple 100.00+ charges. Staff fixed one. Hope the other one drops or I will be in touch.
