It was just ok. The pullout mattress from the couch was stained and uncomfortable. When I asked for a new mattress I was told that wasn’t possible and wasn’t offered a cover or anything, I had to request extra blankets to cover it. Housekeeping was inconsistent even though we asked for it, and had to approach one of the housekeepers to request they do our room and said we weren’t on their list. Only received housekeeping two out of the seven days we stayed. They didn’t vacuum also, and only remade the pullout bed once. The fridge was super loud when it would run also so be prepared for that. The breakfast was fairly good for a hotel breakfast. That was the best part of our stay.
Stained mattress and no cover offered had to request one.

Excellent location! Considered an airport hotel but about 10 minutes from DEN. Free Shuttle from the airport. Nice rooms, amenities, and free breakfast. There are food and drink options close by. Staff was very friendly. I would stay again if on a short layover.

We had a travel issue with a member of our party, and Monica at the front desk graciously helped us resolve the problem. Also, the rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. Finally, the continental breakfast was quite tasty. We would definitely stay here again!

The clerk that greeted me upon arrival was genuinely kind and patient . The shuttle driver was courteous which is often not the case. And the room was absolutely perfect . The size was spacious ; a perfect table for my son to do his online schooling. The kitchen was spacious and clean. The bathroom was adequately stocked . The beds were comfortable . And the price was phenomenal . We were there only for a 15 hour layover from our flight but o wish we could have stayed longer . When flying into Denver or just having a long layover , this will definitely be my hotel of choice . It was the perfect place for my family of four .

Horrible service! Different colors of Hairs on both beds, got told no cleaning lady available to change the sheets! No one available at the front desk, waited for a long time, even the front staffs are just chitchatting at the back. No water available in the room, $5/bottle if you need water. Do not allow slight late check out even it’s not busy at all. All the staff gave us a strong feeling that they just don’t care about the customers.

Overbooked. After a long day of cancelled and delayed flights to checking and finding we didn’t have room to check into because of overbooking. Front desk person was very helpful tho. I wish I would have gotten her name.
