My wife and I went for an anniversary getaway and we had a great time staying here. The staff were super friendly and the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and we enjoyed eating it in their beautiful flower garden. There was some annoying construction going on next door but we would definitely stay here again. Also, 10 minute walk to 16th street is nice!

Beautiful spaces, the attention to detail and historical relics from Denver area are really nice. The most comfortable I've ever slept on, aside from my own, and I did make a note of the type of mattresses they use because I want one! Breakfast was really good, met some nice people. Loved my stay here.

Everyone was SO NICE! Food was lovely, location is excellent. The bed was my only complaint. I honestly couldn't wait to get back to my own after a few nights. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay and I would absolutely come again if there was a memory foam mattress!

Stay for the cookies

So cute and accommodating. They asked for dietary restrictions ahead of time and made special gluten and dairy free cookies for my daughter. Breakfast was good and the staff was warm and friendly. They even have their own off street parking! Only downside was how loud guests were at night. I’m assuming it’s because they knew that no staff was present after hours.

The Queen Anne Urban B&B was perfectly located for our trip. The room was comfortable and the breakfasts were really delicious. We were very impressed with the gardens. We felt safe on the property, enjoyed sitting outside, and the park across the street was nice for our early morning walks.

Queen Anne B&B is adorable, beautifully decorated. The owner was a chef, and the breakfast he made was incredible. He also provided ideas for what we should visit that day, and was spot-on. If I ever get back to Denver, I will definitely stay there again!

Have been staying here for years. Love being close to venues when we come to town. You can park in back or on the street and feel safe. It beats the sterility of the hotels and you get to have a great breakfast with different travelers coming through town. We’re Colorado residents.

Awesome B&B staff was awesome Breakfast was great home cooked. In General not impressed with Denver as a City nothing to do. City has no Character. We did go to a Rockies game awesome Park horrible team. Skip Denver but if you go stay here

Large rooms, unique historic homes! Fantastic homemade daily breakfast in the common area. Bed is comfortable. Only negative is although there is a lovely park in front of the homes, sadly a lot of the homeless population hang out in the park, does not feel super safe at night and would definitely not recommend walking on your own. We did not encounter any issues as a couple though.
