Breakfast was a mess. Breakfast was supposed to end at 9am, and the worker basically had the entire thing torn down by 8:50. But people were still arriving and trying to find something to eat! She made NO effort to get them something, and they just had to scrap for toast and garbage.

We stay here every year. It's close to the airport when we're flying out of Denver the next day, and across the street is the Moonlight Diner - absolutely delightful with large portions of delicious food. This year, we had a room with 2 beds plus a sofa bed. When we opened the sofa bed, dirty linens from the previous person were still in there. It was late at night, and we had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to bring clean linens. So overall okay, but clearly disappointed about the lack of attention to cleanliness in all aspects of the room.

We arrived and got our room key only to find out the green light would go off showing the key worked but the door wouldn’t open. Then went back downstairs to find out the door handle doesn’t open by pushing down only by lifting up. The room stinks like mildew. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night we were told due to a faulty smoke alarm. The elevator then quit working which is hard for my mom since we’re on the third floor hauling heavy bags up and down.

Comfortable stay and quiet room. Shuttle to airport on time. Left early AM so didn't get a chance to visit the breakfast area. Accidently left Airpods on the bed and cleaning crew couldn't find them. Our fault for leaving them behind.
