None of the ice machines worked, I had to go all the way to the bar from 8th floor just for some ice. The rooms look a lot nicer in the photos than they do in person. My room was not fully cleaned (the bed & towels/bathroom were fine - but there was a sock on the floor that wasn’t mine plus a drink still in the fridge plus dusty…could’ve also used a vacuum) , there wasn’t any clear information of where you could find the pool nor the breakfast & dinner information in the room. I just was overly disappointed.

You can tell it’s an older property. The bathroom wasn’t the greatest, the sheets felt gross and it’s a super noisy area. I couldn’t sleep comfortable, the only decent part of the place was the restaurant in the lobby it was pretty good

This place just sucks. Front desk is slow. Gave me the wrong room number on the 9th floor. Went up to get to it and key didn’t work-“sorry he wrote the wrong room down. You should be in a different room. That’s why your key didn’t work”. Went back down to wait another 7minutes to be helped. Went down in the morning and keys didn’t work again. Elevators slow. Gotta pay for parking. Stinks like weed. Feels more like a prison. Room was nice enough. Bathroom so small you trip over the toilet to get into the low water pressured shower. Definitely look for another hotel. Something that is pleasant and has competent people.

The only and main issue was parking. There's a separate garage but wasn't advised this upon check in. So coming in later after midnight, there was no spots open. Went in and had to ask and then be advised of the garage and it's codes to get in
