Disappointed

Very disappointing for a Holiday Inn, unexpected fees. Walls were dirty and pieces of the ceiling hanging, our room smelled like smoke. Hopefully they get a renovation done sooner than later.

Denver stay.

The only negative thing i could say was they didn't offer the breakfast voucher when we checked in it was only given on the last day when the person working breakfast told us about it. I wasn't told parking wasnt free when i booked the stay.

This place needs an overhaul, and a deep clean. Staff was friendly, however they should definitely put a sign up as you walk in that explains the parking fees, and they should DEFINITELY pay attention to the fact keys stop working before check out. As i was loading my car to leave around 9am i suddenly became locked out of my room with my key not working. When i asked the front desk what was happening they replied that it happens more often than not... Quite disturbing considering the cost of everything and being an ihg member who had stayed at a lot of hotels and that's never happened before.
