The cable was out two and a half of the 3.5 days we stayed, and the air conditioning and or thermostat was broken the first two nights. When called down to the front desk we were told maintenance was working on these issues, but they never were resolved before we left.

What we didn’t like about the property: we came on New Year’s Eve. They shut down the bar at 9 PM without even stating last call, their cook didn’t show up so you couldn’t order anything from the restaurant and the kids were playing football in the atrium and blowing noise makers starting at 8 PM and the staff did nothing to stop it. The staff was friendly, and breakfast was delicious, but we won’t be returning.

Breakfast was great, a lot of variety and fresh made omelets. Hall floors could of used a vacuuming as there were Cheerios on the floor the whole time during my stay. Room was clean. Was mot informed that the snacks and soda items in the Premium Suite were complimentary until the night before i checked out.
