The bed was very comfortable. 3 of the 4 staff members I dealt with during my stay need customer service retraining, especially the guy that always parks his car at the entrance/exit, dropoff area. He was overly condescending.

Quick access to the highway and to many parts of the city. The parking is $10 a night when the area doesn’t seem to have an issue with parking spots, seems like another way to make money. The ice machines worked on every other floor. The elevator is extremely slow for a 4 floor building, seemed like they were consistently being held up. I enjoyed the location for an event I had at Aurora Sport Complex.

Employees were very rude. Arrived late(9pm) due to flight delays. They had given my room to someone else. I thought that is why you make reservations? They put me in a different room that looked like it was mid remodel. Room was 80 degrees and a/c took forever to get to 72 by am. There was visible substance on bedside table. The shower had cracks that looked like a child tried to putty closed. I was scheduled to stay 12 days and I changed hotels after second night, only because I couldn’t move after first night. Very disappointed in a Marriott hotel!

Our first impressions were not great. As we were approaching the hotel, we noticed multiple drifters? loitering down the street & around the area. Then, when we arrived to check in, we were welcomed by a cloud of skunk weed. A few people were lingering just outside the front door. The attendant was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. They do have the option of paying an extra fee to park in their parking garage and said that they have security watching the vehicles that we’re not parked in the garage.
