I wasn't only treated like a customer, I was treated like a friend. I enjoyed interacting with everyone from the gate keepers to the Chef and Manager. The hotel is like a oasis in the middle of Delhis wonderful Chaos.

The Connaught’s team made us feel special from the very second we stepped foot in the lobby all the way to the moment Anil helped us put our bags in the taxi to catch our plane back home. Everyone was super thoughtful and helped us get the most out of our stay in Delhi. The rooms may be small, but it was plenty for us. They are cozy, very well designed and super clean. Location is also great, it’s a 10-minute walk to the subway station at Connaught Place and 20-minute walk to the railway station (careful for the tourist traps, some guys will try to start a conversation with you the second you step out of the hotel, unfortunately). Anil and Himanshu were the true heroes of our stays, but our gratitude goes to the whole team who worked behind the curtain to make our last week in India one to remember. We can’t recommend this place enough, we would go back any minute.

Not worth it with so many other options

The hall and room smelled musty. I assume they are aware because there were diffusers in the hall and air fresheners in the room. Its a small space and $300 was more than any 5 star hotel I stayed elsewhere, and drinks at the bar are priced high as well.

Not a bad hotel

The hotel was beautifully designed, but the room was a bit cold, the heating system doesn’t seem to work properly. Also, the glass shield doesn’t provide full coverage, water spilled during shower and the floor became wet… a bit annoying.

Great location, clean rooms

The Connaught hotel is a perfect location to explore Delhi. We easily moved about by car, uber, metro and walking. Hotel is quiet and clean. This hotel does not have a concierge but staff is still very helpful. The rooms are efficient size - think London. Bathroom is nice and shower is good size. Beds are comfortable. Air conditioning works great. Room was well maintained and cleaned by Arvind. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice place, good food, used the gym too. The room is a bit small but pleasantly decorated but drainage issues with a bit of a smell in the washroom. The concierge was of limited help in giving suggestions for things to do in the area.
