They dont respect reservations

We don’t even pass the reception counter. Due the personal does not accep my reservation code. Keept seing that booking APP has a diferent aceptación code. I tilde him my reservation was made by Hoteles.com But he does not recognice the information in the reservation confirmation. Not by the Code, either my ñame or the bank payment confirmation. Ir i wanted a ron i must Pay for new reservation and of curse there was no refundes because they didn’t accept the original payment
