It was such a horror to stay in the hotel even for a single night. The cooler was leaking and the water was all over the floor reaching the bed. The shower didn't work and the tap was leaking, making an uncomfortable noise all the time and the wet floor all the time. There wasn't even a mat at the bathroom door, making me walk into the room with wet feet every time I used the bathroom. The toilet looked horrible and uncleaned for a long time. The bedding didn't seem like done and even had a big blood stain. The ceiling fan seemed detached from the ceiling and we were worried that it might fall upon us. The request to change the room apparently fell on deaf ears. Food was good however. Overall, the worst ever hotel room I have ever stayed in.
This is by far the worst experience I have had in the hotels I have stayed in my life, and I have stayed in many, many hotels of all kinds in several countries. Terribly moist room with intense mould smell, I would have left the hotel if I had not come tired from the airport at around 10 pm. I found out later that they had not even cleaned the room after the previous guest. I'm back home having a hard time washing and cleaning: everything got impregnated with that horrible smell.
Hotels.com should seriously consider removing this hotel from their list of options, or at least stop leading us into the belief that this is a 3-star hotel.
