Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The room was very small and dirty. Full of cigarette cans, requested to clean the room multiple times no one responded. Full of mosquitoes. No water in the tap in the sink. My room was in 4 th floor and the lift is not in service, ac was set in 16 degrees and no remote was provided even after requesting multiple times. Very pathetic service, pathetic hotel. Don’t recommend this to anyone
