staff are friendly & helpful. Property very old, interior furnishings not well managed. Location is great, just around the corner abt 3 mins walk, there is a vibrant market & eateries. Place for good crash; dun expect too much.

The hotel is centrally located , but they put me in a room that had not been cleaned so had to wait while they did a brief clean and changed the bed. The next day they offered me a superior room which is what I had booked. This room was at the front and is terribly noisy with the honking of horns. I opted for another room at the back. Please do not expect cleanliness or peace and quiet at this hotel. It is a must to have ear plugs. Apart from that the staff were accommodating in trying to find a suitable room and the beds were comfy. If I had been put in a cleaner room straight away I may have felt better.
