Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Even though we booked 2 night's stay, we stayed only for 8 hours. Check-in was in afternoon, and we informed the hotel about our late check-in due to international flight late arrival. We checked in at 3 a.m. (almost 13 hours late), still room was not ready or clean. After numerous requests, toiletries were finally provided at 9 a.m. Breakfast was also not at all satisfactory. The room given was next to reception and was so noisy that we could not sleep at all. Moreover, stay added to no relaxation but tiredness, irritation, and discomfort. We finally left at 11:15 a.m. Not at all worth the money. Not Recommended.
