Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Awful hotel, not as shown in photos

Awful hotel with very unhygienic room. Bed was stained, wiring was faulty and there were bodily fluids smeared on the wall. I had to leave and rebook at a new hotel immediately. Hotels.Com are refusing me a refund for this terrible experience and have been no help in resolving the issues.
