Need corrective action immediately. Please contact hotel front office manager for refund. Out check was completed cancelled on the front office teams end due to unsafe check in procedures. My partner and I were attempting to check in to the hotel via the outside street facing window spot and a group on kids who were trying to block other guests hotel entry ran up on us and harassed us asking for illicit substances. I was so scared by this interaction my partner tried to get the front office manager to just cancel our reservation but he refused. He said “I will eject these guys but then did not call the police to take the street kids off property”…I will be seeking a full refund for this stay due to our inability to check in to our room at all. We were not even able to enter the secure (locked front office) due to the issues with these criminals blocking our access to the check in desk and then our room PLUS the failure on part of the front office staff to properly assess the situation and act appropriately by calling 912 in this extremely dangerous situation.

Very bad place

Room so hot when got in. Everything feel sticking. Ac was off. Took more than half hours to cool the room. Cockroach in the sink, and on the floor. Still not refund my deposited for key. Very poor services. Will not comeback.

I am disappointed to say none the less the bathroom shower had mold near the ceiling. I have been trying to call and ask if my key had been received prior to my check out. No one was in office at the time I was leaving. As instructed on the front door, I left my key in the drop box and I paid card for the deposit but when I call to assure everything was received and sent back the phone does not ring it runs the long beep and hangs up. I am not mad just disappointed I expected better for a place that was recommended to me.

Room was tiny no more than 1 person barely fit in bathroom, bathroom had no door handle, rooms have old ac units through window which was not professionally done. Not worth the price of a ocean view room for what was presented.

Needs a noise ordinance! Other guests can stay in center patio area until 3am drinking, talking and playing music without any recourse. Office closes at 10pm so they don’t have to deal with it…reopens at 10am.

It was ok not horrible but not amazing. Their outlets were not convenient and the plugs didn’t stay in the outlet or the outlets didn’t work and the lighting in the bathroom was horrible. The water pressure was great but when show wasn’t on the showerhead leaked really bad but only when water was on. Bed was comfortable.

Very rough looking hotel, bed was uncomfortable, smelled like cigarrettes and curry, don't expect much here and you'll be fine, they even painted overtop the lightswitches, homemade toilet paper holders rather than just buy a new one, i was like how cheap are the owners never seen that just a block of wood screwed to the wall

The only good thing about this property is a good location. Don't let the photos fool you. It's a run down place. What furniture there is is well worn and looks like it came from 1950. No night tables or lamps - just one big bright light in the center of the ceiling. No soap in the shower. Thin towels. No toilet paper holder. Dark and dingy walls. Can't go into the office - have to communicate from outside through a slot in the window. Opened a drawer and an ant came out. Checked out after 1 night. Definitely wouldn't stay here again.
