Room was trashed, random glove & blanket on ground, bed unmade, shampoo, conditioner and soaps left in both the tub and sink, and window broken. Was given a second room due to its uncleanliness. Second room reeked of smoke and chemicals, toilet wouldn’t flush, sink wouldn’t drain. Then, a drugged individual was wondering aimlessly in the hotel lobby, hallways and back entrance. Was attempting to climb walls, was kicking things, throwing his body around, and the hotel staff did not kick him out. Come to find out, it was not a hotel guest, it was someone from the gas station next door. Back door does not require key card to enter although it says you do. We felt extremely unsafe, disgusted, and regretted even choosing to stay here. We did not stay the night, we did not stay ANY of our nights we booked & paid for there. There’s a chance I’m not even getting a full refund, which is insane. I will never stay here again, and I urge you to avoid it at all costs. The morning manager was the only helpful staff. We spent less then in hour in our room before leaving around midnight to find a different hotel.

This place is awesome!! Staff are very friendly and nice! Rooms are clean and beds comfortable too!

Room insulation was extremely poor for a remolded hotel You could hear everything from floor to floor and room to room Even the sweeking beds when they are F…ing It was disrespectful discussing and poorly designed If you have children in the room what do you say the noise was ???? Do not book if you have children staying with you It’s embarrassing!

Place was very ckean and the staff was friendly and informative. Easy access to free parking. Beds were very comfortable
