Room was extremely dirty. The room next to us had 911 called for a possible overdose, the room down the hall a man was screaming through the walls for 2 days that someone waa coming to "shoot him up." There was a man living in the back of a minivan hanging out in the back of it by the front door.

Good price!

Good price! Hotel in general needs a lot of updates. The rooms are clean but the carpets are very old and don’t look that clean. The elevators are very old and slow. All the areas for functions are beautiful. Parking is very good plenty of places. I stay here a lot but wish they would update the rooms.

Okay Stay

We had an okay stay. The tv did not work so they tried to move us to two other rooms…both of which had a standard bed when we paid for a king. They ended up moving us back to the original room because they did not have another king size bed available. They changed out the TV. The bed was VERY uncomfortable. The channel options were basic. No HBO or Netflix. Old TV. We did have a microwave and refrigerator. Overall pretty disappointing.

Beautiful conference room and ballrooms. Furniture was remarkable everywhere. However the carpets in the hallways (2nd floor) had a bad patch on the carpet and throughout the carpet was dirty, old and in need of a facelift. Obviously a corporate destination, but some facelift would be a great investment.
