Writing on the sheets, found bugs in our room then I tried to cancel my 3 day booking and they refused. I told them I was checking out and would just pay for the one night stay and the only man working said he couldn’t do that because he wasn’t a manager. He refused my refund but I ate the charge, that’s how nasty it is. Also shares a parking lot with a strip club. While checking in several people were calling the front desk complaining as well, should’ve ran them.

This property has terrible management. Not only did I have to pay a $100 deposit on top of the room cost, they NEVER returned my deposit. Instead they kept it because they had complaints the night before and had to reimburse the woman who complained of noise. I never received a phone call to my room nor my cell phone informing me that there was a complaint. I didn’t know they kept my $100 until 3 days later when I checked my bank account. When I called up there the manager was very rude and told me that they would not return my deposit. Again, I was not informed of any complaints nor that they were keeping my $100. Not by phone, not when I checked out the next morning, nothing. The hotel was not at all what the reviews and pictures say. It was very outdated, elevators were not working well, breakfast was old, overall it was old and run down. I would not recommend and if you stay, they are untrustworthy people.

First not greeted with a friendly respond, maybe because we checked in late, around 11:30pm. Couldn’t understand the front desk person. As soon as we entered the hallway to take the elevator to our the first thing we smell is marijuana. Not a great expression as you come in with your children. The room is very dark, some light bulbs are not working. The closet area are dusty and the bathroom are not very clean. Almost left and look for another hotel, I should have since I bought the insurance for it.

It got the job done

I had a flight cancel so had to spend the night in Dallas - they have a free shuttle to/from the airport and free buffet breakfast with bacon and eggs. In short, it served its purpose of somewhere to stay nearby for my upcoming flight

I was supposed to have a non-smoking room. The room smelled horrible. Obviously someone had smoked in the room. As a female traveling alone, I did not feel safe here. There were numerous men loitering around in the hallways. I chose not to stay here due to these conditions. The pictures of the property do not display what the property actually looks like. I would not recommend staying here to anyone.

Not much services around the hotel area. You definitely need a car to go around. Hotel does not offer any shuttle service except to the airport.

Terrible hotel

The hotel had a bad odor. Check in attendant was rude and could barely understand English. This hotel was booked for a 2 night stay, we were so concerned for our safety; that as soon as we got another hotel booked ( within 15 minutes); we were gone. I just went back to turn the key in by the second day’s checkout time. They held a $75 deposit; as of today it still hasn’t be debited back to my bank account.
