Near the freeway which gives good access for drives into the city and Dallas all around. I wish they had more sidewalk access.

I would not stay here again. House keeping skipped cleaning one day and I was told there was a shortage of washcloths by the front desk when I called to tell them there were none in my room. There was no free water as most Wyndham’s have in the lobbies, and this location only transports during certain hours from DAL only. We had the thermostat set on 68 and the room was 75 degrees. I am sure they control the air from the office even though there is a thermostat in the room. The lobby was clean, the room was clean, and the shower was hot. However, the shower pressure was not wonderful; it was weak in my opinion. I now understand why the hotel was not highly rated.

Sink was dirty, fridge didn’t work. I asked for extra towels just thinking they mistakenly gave us one wash cloth in the whole room. The guy at the front desk said “we don’t have any” WHAT DO YOU MEAN?! And when we first got there our sink in the bathroom had hair on it and I asked if they could clean it and he said the maid service had left and nobody could do it until the next day but even the next day no one came.
