First the front desk clerk gave me a room that already had a guest checked into it as i walked into the room. the guest was smoking weed and almost attacked me and my son for walking in on him smoking, then the second room they gave us was disgustingly filthy hairs in sink and tub and the AC didn't work it was midnight, and our flight left at 5am so we needed the sleep, so we overlooked it. The washer and dryer doesn't even work either this hotel needs to be managed by someone serious about running a business in hospitality

Our first night the hot water in our tub was not working. We let the front desk know immediately and was told someone would be out the next morning by 11 to fix it. We waited until after 11 to check with the front desk again, we were told that the maintenance person told them it was fixed, it was not. They finally had him come “fix” the issue. After coming back to the hotel later that evening, the hot water was still not working. They gave us the same room on a higher floor. Hot water worked, but when we pulled the pull out bed out, there were crumbs all inside the bed with no mattress cover. The main king mattress cover had a HUGE red stain on it. The pool was freezing cold, and the hot tub was barely warm the first night. The second night the hot tub wasn’t warm at all, and the pool was freezing cold again. This time some pool company was putting chemicals into the hot tub and the fumes were so strong we had to leave the pool because we were coughing and eyes were burning.

The property itself wasn’t bad but the customer service was terrible. I was on the first floor and above me there was a room that sounded like they were partying and dancing. Around midnight I gave up waiting for the noise to stop and asked to move rooms. The attendant at that time was nice but wouldn’t move me rooms. Around 5am I was awoken by the loudest sounds and again ask to be moved rooms so I could get some sleep. The attendant on duty that morning was rude to me for asking to move rooms. He acted as if I was inconveniencing him and gave me the most disgusted looks for asking for help. He claimed the hotel was full so he couldn’t move me, although there were only a few cars in the lot. Then he said it was 6am and I had to check out at 11 so it really shouldn’t matter that I couldn’t sleep because I had to check out soon. I asked for a later check out and he said it cost $45 and the latest he could do was 1pm. At that point I became stubborn back with him because I was sick of the disrespectful way he was speaking to me. He said he’d let me stay until 12 without charge as if he was doing me a huge favor I should be grateful for. If you value customer service and want to be treated with basic respect then this is not the place to stay. My bathroom also smelled strongly of weed so I had to make sure the staff knew because I didn’t want to get charged. Not a big deal for me but might be for others.
