Rooms had black mold on ceiling and on floor boards and in the ac. Also had bed bugs. Worst place to ever stay. When I asked to change rooms I was told there wasn’t any Available and that I would get a call that day. Never got a call. Finally got to talk to the owner which over all was a very nice person. Only offered partial refund and I left the hotel.

The room that i got totally terrible has roaches and the bed quality the worst...i literally could feel the metal wires stacked in my bones into that mattress also u can smell weed everywhere around... but the only thing i should say positive that the staff were doing their best to keep the place running

Unexpectedly having to move out of one house rather abruptly, had a haphazard experience that the hotel could have influenced positively but the “manager” came to my door and actually yelled at me for my helpers going to and fro from the room in the act of helping my move and threatened to call the police on me (for what?!), and threatened kicking me out for my dog, a shih-Tzu mix who sticks to me like a magnet not being on a leash in the corridor. Following this incident, I avoided interacting with the staff as little as possible allowing a frozen ac to melt still onto the floors and our belongings. Horrible experience. Childish, petulant manager better suited for a career without personal interaction perhaps. Avoid this one!!

The front desk is behind glass and you have to talk through a speaker. That shouldve been the first red flag. We were assigned our room. And drove behind the hotel for parking and there were so many broken down cars parked there and a lot of people standing around smoking weed. We had to use elevator to go up a floor and it looked very run down, super dirty, and almost too scared to use it. While walking down the hall we noticed a lot of doors looked like they have been pryed open or kicked in before. That sent a red flag. The room had an odd smell to it. My family felt really unsafe. We were booked for 3 nights but instantly left. After talking to check in person a lot of people live in the hotel and the property had cameras everywhere. But it did not convince me to stay. Will never ever look for a hotel in that area again.

Since I walked in the lobby the hotel smells clean. My stay at the Motel 6 was excellent! The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would love to stay again.
