Never Again

Took forever to check in and then the girl charged us 2x for incidentals. I called and let them know the issue the next day and was told it would be fixed. Well the 2 nd incidental WAS not corrected and it was charged to my card. I had to dispute it with my bank. Sheets were dingy and stained as well. Whole place was dingy and elevator smelled like piss!!

Great stay!

Great place for a quick couple of nights near the hospitals. Staff was super friendly and accommodating and everything was incredibly clean. Would stay there again!

Staff was very kind and helpful, breakfast was great. The property itself is not great. There was a very sting weed smell by my room, the tub wouldn’t drain, the dead bolt on the door kept getting stuck out so the door wouldn’t drain all the way. The room itself wasn’t super clean. The area is also very loud, I could hear everything the people in the room under mine were doing, and they were not quite. I wouldn’t stay again.

The room itself was very tired. The floor was coming up in a couple areas. The worst thing about this facility was the amount of noise from the highway, as well as the fact that the fire alarm went off at 5 o’clock in the morning and 8 o’clock in the morning. They went off for at least 30 seconds. The staff never called to say it wasn’t a real fire or even apologized. I will never stay here again.

I wish this property had shuttle service to Dallas Market Center. My room was comfortable, clean and very affordable. I had to Uber, but if you are driving, the parking is good. There really isn't anywhere walking distance to eat other than a gas station, but the weather was snowy. I couldn't walk very far. Breakfast was great. Lots to choose from. I was so very pleasantly surprised by this property.
