We arrived for our stay and check-in was both smooth and the receptionist was very personable. However, when we got to our room, we saw that much of the furnishings (dresser, desk, tv stand, etc) were not in good working order, the couch was excessively stained and the room had an odd odor. There was no bedding in the room for the pullout couch that our daughter had planned to sleep on. My wife went to use the bathroom and saw that there were stray hairs stuck to the inside of the bathroom door as if someone had wiped it with a wet, dirty rag that had hair on it which was ultimately stuck to the door. Further, upon lifting the toilet seat, we noticed both urine and pubic hair on the rim of the toilet from a prior guest. Then, when it came time to shower, we noticed that housekeeping had left no toiletries in the room. When we alerted the staff to the challenges with cleanliness and lack of toiletries, there was little effort to rectify the situation and we were just told "we will let housekeeping know". The breakfast the next morning was not too bad, but that's about the only positive thing we found during this stay.

There was nothing wrong with the room, the room and staff and breakfast was great. However it was ghetto. There wereguys throwing footballs around the parking lot so I was nervous that my car would get hit. During the night they were driving around at all hours revving engines. I didnt feel overly safe snd wouldnt stay again
