This property I would not recommend to anyone because of the lack of parking. You had to park a block away and there was nothing on the Expedia website that said this would be an inconvenience unless you plan on using Uber the whole time you are there I don’t recommend Using this hotel at all

Hotel was good, service good, room was a little small but it was comfortable. Negative point was that Hotel does not has a parking service or valet service, the only option was a parking lot 3 block away fron the Hotel.

The staff was incredibly helpful here, and were even able to get us checked in an hour early when we arrived sooner than expected. The door required a keycard to enter, along with the elevator, which helped make my husband feel safe despite him not being a city person. There is also a DART station just a block away, which made transportation to downtown and Deep Ellum super easy and convient, even after a few drinks. Overall an excellent location if you're traveling to Dallas, especially if you've never been here before!

Nice hotel in downtown and very good staff. Need to look for parking on the road during your stay and no pool may be these two are drawbacks to this hotel. Rest is all good.
