efficient use of space...easy parking...close to the highway...i would have loved walking around the property ...but no side walks...had to drive away to look for a park...found lewis park which was lovely...was there every morning...thanks though..i was happy

The staff was incredibly kind, polite, professional and fun. They went out of their way to be helpful and did it with a smile. The hotel was clean and rooms were nice. The parking lot was not well lit on the sides or in the back of the property.

The Hyatt place is always our first choice hotel because of the rooms and breakfast. On this visit the only thing missing was the smell of the HP. It always has a unique smell in the lobby but not this time. Also like the $15 incidental charge.

Quality of Hyatt is going down

Closet doors didn’t work and that was the only full length mirror that was in the hotel. The sink wasn’t draining. A few bugs found in the bathroom, no USB port only at the night stand area. Would recommend Changing out the outlets to add USB ports Bed was comfy,
