The hotel is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. Came here for a fever game. They gave me a ride close to the game. As soon as I asked about a ride there, they jumped and grabbed the car and took me there.

Anniversary Trip

Told them it was our 10 year anniversary but they did not seem to care. No room upgrade, no champagne in the room, and not a free anything. Could have given a voucher for a free drink at the bar, but didnt. There was free wine in the room but thats customary and not an extra. They do not tell you they charge for the wine opener and it was hard to tell what was free and what wasnt. Did I get charged for the slippers or the wine cork, etc.? The valet was pushy for tips

We love the atmosphere at Hotel Zaza! Beautiful room, love our balcony overlooking the pool, best valet staff in Dallas, great bar area, good food at their restaurants. Everything is perfect at Hotel Zaza! We have stayed there at least 5 times and we will be back!
