The bathrooms are dated, and the showers are poor. The towels are low grade. The restaurant had broken fryer both days, so a very limited menu. The airport courtesy bus was late picking me up at the airport, and it was 15 minutes late going to the airport. Overall, pretty average, but the staff were nice.

Nice stay. Incredible front desk personnel! Requested handicapped room with roll in access. Room had regular tub with no shower seat. There were rails around the toilet. Disappointed in this unfulfilled need. Otherwise, it was a nice two night stay. Comfy beds, nice tv and quiet. I would stay here again.

The nighttime staff was welcoming as I came in late because my flight was canceled. The next morning, I was awaken by an ear piercing fire alarm in the room that went off every minute for a couple hours. I called the front desk and they told me they were “checking the fire alarm system“. The front desk lady, who I’m sure was stressed, was pretty rude to me when I called. Then again at the front desk was really dismissive. I’m a pretty chill individual, but this was an ear piercing alarm constantly going off to the point where I checked out early because I could not stand to be in that room any longer. There were several people in the lobby who stated the same thing. If this is a routine practice, it shouldn’t be one as it was very disruptive..
