EXTREMELY disappointed with our stay.

Paid over $2500 for a room by elevator shaft. Kept hearing noises from machinery and people yelling all night long. Room had no windows and poor lighting. Check-in line at main entrance was long and slow. Ridiculously high parking fees and other property use fees tacked on to the hotel stay fees. Valets, Luggage Handlers, and other employees were great. I imagine these are corporate decisions.

Very large and clean property. Service at the pool is lacking. I called housekeeping a dozen times to get towels with no answer. Then I tried concierge no answer about 5-6 times. I had to walk down to the lobby to request from front desk. It took about another 15-20 minutes before towels arrived

The property has alot of options, for swimming and dining. They have some extra spots for fun with the candy shop, topgolf and a small arcade space. The pools were fun and the indoor stayed open late which was so nice. The rooms are basic, bathroom is tiny but its clean.

It was great.. just not the best

We stayed for a week, and overall it was amazing. Except for the A/C, we found ourselves waking up in the middle of the night due to the A/C being too small and not working well. We were also disappointed regarding the pools; nice to see a waterpark within, but all pools didn’t go deeper than 4ft, which was a bummer. But besides that, everything was perfect.

I had a very interesting yet disappointing experience at this hotel. I was very excited because it was my son spring break and we were coming to get away for the night and bottom line. The atrium side of the hotel needs to be shut down until it is completely been remodeled. If you book a room at this hotel specify that you do not want to be on the atrium side. It looks like a dungeon over there. It is dark and it is not nice. The tower side, however is why I gave the stars above, which is the side that kind of looks like Beverly Hills it’s very updated and new and nice. The staff over there was very accommodating But overall, I was very disappointed in my experience. My Wi-Fi didn’t work in the first room the first room they had me and was dark and just dirty and just old and then when I went to my second room, the heat didn’t work so it was freezing. They sent someone to look at it and he just put a flashlight through the vent and told me to give it a little while and it should warm up. The front desk manager on the tower side he was very nice and empathetic. I just wish you guys would do things different going forward. Reminder! The stars that I gave above are for everything on the tower side of the hotel. The Bellman that helped me was also amazing. He was very helpful.

Friendly staff and plus! Adequate parking for self parking, close to front door a plus! Clean, spacious rooms, quite. Did not get a chance to experience much of the property but hope to return for the summer outside water park.

We arrived with my 3-year-old after a long day traveling to this very large hotel at about 11pm. We waited for check-in because the app was not working correctly. They had changed our rooms. We’re not ready for us. We’re very rude at the front desk. And we stood in line for over an hour just to speak to someone at the front desk to check in. This was the very worst hotel experience I have ever had. They did not have a bed ready for us. I cannot emphasize enough how horrible this was. I am not an entitled human and I genuinely would have rather stayed at motel 6–at least I would have had better service. I’m contrast, the steakhouse upstairs was excellent.

Horrible room in the middle of the tower with NO windows, like a bunker. Next to the elevators. They blamed such a horrible room because I made the reservation through Hotels.com. I booked three rooms, one was in the tower the other in the main hotel, it had a window but the decoration of the room is dated, looks old. The service is not great.

Horrible room with no windows next to elevators.

I've never been in an hotel room with no windows. Horrible room, bunkered in the middle of the tower, with no windows listening to the elevators next to the room all day and night. Seems like they penalize you for buying through hotels.com.
