My husbands cologne was stolen during our stay and we had issues with the AC at night had to change rooms at 12am just to have the similar issue at the second room. Very upset that all they did was refund us $100 when the YSL cologne was more than that plus the issues with the room with a newborn. Do not recommend at all.

On day 3 of 4 hot water failed. Notified front desk in early afternoon. 3 different repair men came in my room. 2 of 3 did not even knock. They spent 1.5 hours without fixing and said they would call me with update. No one called. Notified front desk again…now evening. No fix and I missed event due to inability to access hot shower. Eventually late night I was given room key to next door room to use shower. Lack of communication and service is unacceptable. No compensation offered either.

Dallas downtown is becoming a hell hole, any hotel is suffering from this problem. A lot of homeless around the parking lot. I recommend to use the valet parking.

Valet wrecked our car night one. Then every night they honked up and down the parking lot ALL night. The room was great and the breakfast was excellent but your vallet company killed it for us in every way.

Hotel was beautiful and clean. Only negative is that housekeeping never went to our room. They are supposed to go every other day. I stayed 3 nights and never had anyone from housekeeping go to our room.
