Less than ergonomic or functional. Shower door did not close properly. I bumped my forehead twice hard on the black metal clothes hanging apparatus. TV remote was very difficult to use. Patrick at check-in was courtesy and helpful.

Transportation from the airport was horrible. Not all the Hotels fault but they should have done a better job of relaying information to make sure we were in the right place. Personality of the lady on duty was average at best. No personality with our interaction.

All and all it was a good clean hotel!!! BUT my wife and I flew in in the middle of the night nothing was open near the hotel by the airport!!! The Hampton Inn charges $5.00 for a 12 oz Fanta $10.00 for a 20 oz bottle water and $5.00 for a Reese cup so $20.00 and the $5.50 just to park over night at the hotel you are staying at!!! So with this being said with so many options WE will NEVER stay at a Hampton Inn and Suites again !!!

The place was fine. There’s no evening shuttle service, or it stops around 9 so I was stranded at the Dallas airport and spent $30 for an Uber. The hotel phone mailbox was full! I also called the Hotels.com number for the hotel and got this bizarre woman who was a national Hotels.com agent and couldn’t help. She was so bizarre I didn’t know whether I was talking to a real person or an automated agent.

New hotel. Stayed here unexpectedly after a flight cancellation. Didn't use any of the amenities like the gym or the pool. Breakfast buffet is typical Hampton style and very good. Room I stayed I was brand new. Still had painters tape over some things in the shower. The room was very large and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and new. Shuttle to the airport leaves about every half hour and is quick and easy.

The hotel is lovely and very convenient, including a shuttle to and from the airport. But there's no restaurant in the hotel, so if you get there late at night, you don't have a lot of options. Otherwise, lovely.
