The staff treated my family very kindly and helpful. The lobby was nice and clean. The room was very clean and appropriately prepared, the bed was pretty comfotable and decently soft.The bathroom seemed to be shy on towels.

Bed in room was not all that comfy and when we checked in we did have an issue with the toilet. It was brought to staff attention and she did offer another room. Also, air in room was on 68 and it was still very humid in room.
