Room Ac broken, bathroom door knob was laying on the counter, tv bedroom didn’t work, maintenance came to fix ac and got fiberglass insulation all over bathroom & I got some in my right eye, I’ve missed time from work for the eye and I’ve seen the doctor. Management has yet to respond

The first night we stayed we didn’t even get to sleep the trim was muggy the ac stopped working and they had to put us in a new room at 3am after we had drove 16 hours to get there 😥

I booked 2 rooms for December 20, 2025. Room 214 was for my daughter and her husband as we were celebrating her birthday at Six Flags. When they entered the room, it was hot so my husband took them to guest services before we went to swim. They assured us they would fix it. The pool smelled like vomit and changed the color of our swim suits and after 30 minutes in the hot tub we retired to rooms. Their room was not cool. Donna at front desk said it would be fixed. Third trip to front desk they only gave them a box fan. When we asked for manager the next morning to find out why they never fixed the air, Jaden said oh you booked thru a third party you have to report it to them. Expedia doesn’t own that hotel and is not responsible for Embassy Suite not taking care of an air conditioner. We requested our money to be returned or a least a credit for a future stay and she was very rude and referred to our third party booking again. I will not stay at embassy suites again.

We only stayed there for two nights, but the room needs some attention. The sink was clogged, and the tub/shower appeared to be painted; however, pieces of paint were coming off every time we used it. The leather headboard on the bed was peeling off, and there were lots of stains on the walls. This gave the room an overall feel of not being clean.

The room condition was bad. Headboard of bed was peeling. Air Conditioning not working properly. Shower head looked like it was falling off. Staff was nice but Front Desk Supervisor was not pleasant with stuff during check in. Same front desk supervisor. was being rude to a guest upon checkout. Maintenance Man walked in on my daughters even with the Do Not Disturb sign was up. Housekeeping today did the same thing before check out.

You can tell everything is outdated and needs upgrading the room had a smell and it was extremely hot. The front desk employee express that the ac is as old as the building and its only two Settings. They gave me a box fan. I love hilton but at what point are you going to go back to going over and beyond for your customers. Hilton and mariott is all we have that is suppose to be luxury.
