Vey slow check in procedure, Walls are very thin and i heard loud "activity " from the next room. Someone knocked on my door at midnight and then tried to open it.

Hotel was close to everything we needed. The room was very clean. Good on-site parking
The staff were so welcoming. The room view had a view of the city(chef’s kiss) I almost over slept on my birthday because the bed feels like a Cloud! The ambiance of this hotel is by far one of the best I have seen! Don’t forget to try the Sriracha wings…my fav
There was quite a bit of criminal activity inside and outside the hotel, including outside the room on the 17th floor.

First off my room was not available that I booked and got two double beds and had to go downstairs and let them know I didn’t like it . Second room was too hot and toilet ran all night and bathroom too small and the phone to call the front desk didn’t work . Third room with the corner view was not the corner view I chose when booking my hotel plus the room was very cold when they switched room and when I put the heat on at 10am and came back at 8:30pm it was still freezing cold and called downstairs to let the front desk know 30 minutes passed No one showed up , went down to the front desk vey upset and told them again and they said they would send a Engineer and 30 minutes went by again and I had to call the front desk again telling them I’m freezing up here and he said haven’t no one came and I said No and he said he would call him. 10 minutes later the Engineer arrived and said it was even freezing in here and he went inside the big vent and did something and the heat started working .
Elevators were not working all the time and if two of the four were they were so many people packed in like sardines. Coffee maker didn’t work. Asked FD for another one and was told they didn’t have access to them. The next morning I thought someone would be kind to bring one up or even have coffee sent to the room. Staff really didn’t care.
