The first room they put us in, the air conditioning was extremely loud. There was no way we could’ve slept with it on. It was also blowing hot air. So they moved us to a different room. The air conditioning in that room did not cool below 75. So, they had to come fix it the next day. There was a as nasty stain on the bath mat they gave us. Additionally, there was a bag of trash left on our balcony. We were 14 floors up. No idea how it could’ve gotten there… Lastly, when we were having a drink at the hotel bar, a couple of escorts showed up to meet their client who was staying at the hotel.

The hotel is very old. We had a room near the elevator and we heard it all night long. It sounded like we were next to a railroad. I went the bathroom in the middle of the night and a roach greeted me. They did move us to a better room but the toilet ran and the shower had zero pressure. Terri at the front desk wasn’t very hospitable at all. I will definitely be coming back to Dallas but I won’t stay there for sure.

Room 1706 and 1704 From one room to another the ac units wasn’t working properly also hair and eyelashes were all over the shower wall in room 1706. One of the reasons we moved to 1704. Ruin a perfect night 😒

The room, hallway, and staff were all terrible. As we were checking in, the staff was talking about going to the liquor store while checking us in. We got off the elevator and there were crumbs, dust, dirt, and believe it or not, screws, in the hallways. We get to our room a the thermostat is set to 61 but it was 74 in the room. There was dust on the filter and on the vent. There was lint in the sink, glue dots in the wall and window, hair on the wall and bed, dust and dirt in the floor, the drain for the tub broke out and laying in the middle of the tub, stains in the toilet, smudges on the mirrors. I have never felt more disgusted in my life. When trying to go to the front desk, the elevator button to go down wouldn’t work. So we had to hit the up button and ride it up. We did so with an employee who was on the elevator already. We stopped on a different floor than ours. That floor also had dirt and crumbs everywhere. The employee stopped and looked at it and I said it’s like that on every floor. He just said wow really, and kept walking away. I will never, ever stay at another Crowne Plaza. Especially in Dallas. By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. And apparently I can’t even get a full refund… hotels.com has been unable to make contact with the Crowne Plaza to discuss it with them.

The room we reserved was not available, ended up sleeping in separate beds. It was super disappointing after a long travel day. Location didn’t feel as safe as expected when walking to the closest corner store. Staff weren’t very friendly or interested in assisting us anyway

Terrible they regretted to inform us the A/C went out in entire hotel and the rooms temps were 80 degrees finally moved to a room where my wife and I could open a balcony door just to get some cool air. Requested a refund in full. If I hadn’t drove all night and day I would’ve packed up

The staff was very courteous and polite they were actually wonderful. I found the chagres to be excessive. I was also told expedia canceled my reservation so I had to pay the hotel directly. I was also surprised that my room was so small and that was not the worse part, for a premium room, my room was It very small and the toilet leaked ridiculously from the back. I found the room to be very small and my breakfast was not included as advertised. I actually checked out a day early.
