I waited about one hour trying to check-in at 1AM (!!!) as apparently the system was down and the front desk woman was utterly hopeless. The rest of the staff was quite arrogant during the stay except Joanna, the lady at the bar/counter who was very nice and professional. One day maybe Marriott will have doors that are closing/locking without slamming as guest do not think about others tranquility. Such systems do exist...

Had a personal trip. Room was a little outdated, was clean, but was humid and sticky despite the air being turned on. The water in the shower felt very hard (consider a water softener) Overall the front desk was very nice and polite, great service on that end.
