The staff are friendly, attentive, and very responsive. They created a WhatsApp group chat to share all the necessary information after we booked the hotel and arranged our pick-up. This made our trip enjoyable, although it would have been perfect if there had been a bathtub. The hotel is a bit distant from everything, but it offers a peaceful atmosphere, and the NEP restaurant serves excellent food.

Our time at the Villa was super fun. We spent time at the beach, pool, and restaurant. The staff welcome us on the first day was attentive and friendly. The staff came to make breakfast for us was great, great food, they helped me to celebrate my daughter birthday by ordering a beautiful cake and it was perfect. I would stay here again and would recommend it to other travelers.

The villa whete we stayed looks gorgeous from the outside but the inside was not very clean -- it was not well maintained. There was no front desk or reception as we expected, but instead, a member of the staff for this property was assigned to us. Check-in/check-out was at the villa and any communication afterwards would be done via a social media app (group chat) because I didn’t have a local phone number. Response time was quick in my case and the assigned staff was courteous. If you expect services like at a hotel/resort then this Ocean Suites might not be for you.

Great place for a get together. What impresses me most about this place is the dedication of the staff and how they would help you with every single query you had to make it a great holiday. We were there as a family and it was a great place for us to spend quality time. The place was peaceful, though abit out of the way it was manageable through the staff’s assistance who helped us on everything from transport, tours, restaurant recommendations. We stayed at the Ocean Villa for four nights. The Villa was excellent and very clean. The small pool outside was perfect for the kids to play in. Jenny was superb with her communication and also providing fast on-site support. We highly recommend staying here.

Excellent resort with hospitable and very communicative staff. The resort was very clean. I booked a 1 bedroom suite and it was clean, spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped. Even had a washing machine which was very convenient. The beach area was also clean and while not completely private, it would be quite inconvenient of a walk to access the beach without going through the resort property, making it as good as a private beach.

Property was located conveniently and easy to access other villas. However, false advertisement as it is no where near 6000 sqft... more like 600 square meters. We had 3 properties and each one of them were in different conditions. Was quite upset that we were mislead, but staff was wonderful.

6일간 머물렸는데 7명 대가족이 머물기에 가성비가 좋아요~ 거실이 엄청 넓고 식탁이 커서 좋았어요. 약간 낡은 느낌은 있지만 전체적으로 위생과 청소는 잘 되어있어요. 빌라에 머물러서 인지 아침에 셰프님들이 와서 식사를 준비해주더라구요. 따로 뷔페 조식먹으러 따로 나가지 않아서 편했어요. 개인 수영장 관리도 잘 되어있고 메인 풀장이 가깝고 엄청 큰데 사람이 별로 없어서 이용하는데 불편함이 없었어요. 수영장이 이뻐요~ 바닷가쪽 수영장도 있고 비치에 썬베드 있어서 애들이랑 놀기 좋아요~그리고 카톡으로 바로 소통 가능해서 필요한거 있음 바로 요청드리면 바로 답 오시고 의사소통이 잘되어요~ 저희 담당은 Vince 와 Lisa 직원분이 였는데 밤늦게 도착했는데도 빌라에서 직접 기다리고 계시고 천절히 안내주셨어요~~ 숙소가 약간 외곽이긴한데 조용하고 안전했어요. 3베드룸 빌라는 방이 다 2층에 있고 4베드룸 빌라는 방 하나는 1층에 거실옆에 있어요. 4베드룸이 수영장이 훨씬 길긴 길더라구요 ㅎ 7명이서 저렴하게 잘 머물다 가요~ 럭셔리 빌라 느낌은 아니지만 숙소가 조용하고 깨끗하고 직원분들이 엄청 친절하셔서 기분좋게 잘 놀다가네요~

조용하고 깨끗해서 가족들이 쉬기에 좋았어요. 특히 리사, 제니, 토니가 팀이 되어 도와주었는데 너무나 친절했어요.
