People be AWARE, this place is a scam, it actually does not exist. Just yesterday I booked, got grab from Da Nang airport to their location, and for my surprise I was greeted by a lady saying that I was the 5th sucker that fell for their scam. She proceeded to explain to me that she used to run a business there, but had stopped a long time ago. I already notified EXPEDIA and requested a refund. I also told them to remove this place from the platform, so that other people don't fall victim. I really HOPE EXPEDIA does the right thing soon.
