I booked two rooms - one for me and one for a friend. The friend arrived before me to find the apartments were locked. She called the phone number and was asked to go to another address, a hotel owned by the same owner, and had to wait for a key there. She was traveling with a small child, was very tired and did not need this inconvenience.
In my room, the shower was no more than a trickle of water and the lever to switch from tap to shower was broken. I called to ask for it to be repaired and was told that it would be done that day. When I returned to my room in the evening the shower had not been repaired. The owner said sorry they were busy but would fix it the next day. The next day someone had attempted repair but it was still unsatisfactory. The next day a workman came around and did manage to improve the water flow but the water was barely luke warm. Fortunately the waether was fairly warm
