This is a very nice property located just a bit outside the Old Town, making it an ideal choice for couples and families. The hotel features a nice restaurant and bar, pool and spa. The hotel provides bicycles which enable guests to ride to the beach (about 20 minutes away) and explore the outskirts of Hoi An and all the town itself has to offer.

Great value for money and space

Great value for money. Room is a little run down but that is common across Vietnam. Air conditioning worked well in the rooms but public spaces could be better covered with fans with the humidity and mosquitoes (I got bitten). Decent room size with a king size bed and the right amount of furniture for a young family without being cluttered. Toilet and sink accessible height for toddler. Tiles could be better though since they are rather slippery for a toddler. The shampoo smelt funky, so we never used it. The noodle soup at breakfast each day was the best I had in hotel breakfasts in Vietnam. They change it slightly. Noodles are soft and silky fresh. They could provide an ice bucket for the vietnamese black coffee but I guess it will melt quickly since the public spaces aren't air conditioned. Pool is a good size but the ledge isn't suitable for a toddler. Lots of harmless lizards. Their bicycle hire was convenient. The bike seat for my toddler was sturdy. They can provide bike locks too. It's a good location to cycle into old town over the bridge too. Some days they would fold our pyjamas neatly on top of the bed and some days they wouldn't. I would come again to stay.

spacious room with clean bathroom. floor was hardwood instead of the usual carpet so we could hear the upstairs occupants quite clearly if they drop things. buffet breakfast food, though free of charge with our stay, was not great. hotel location was good - it was located away from the main street so it wasn't noisy in the morning. hoi an old town was also a short walk away. staff were extremely helpful and kept offering to help us carry our bags. they also offered to help us call a driver to bring us to da nang. they quoted us 300k, which was comparable or even cheaper than grab. (we did not take them up on their offer as we were worried that the driver would demand additional payments and eventually decided to go with grab.) overall a fantastic stay for the price.

Clean and comfortable hotel, nice pool area and good breakfast spread. Well located - a couple of minutes to main areas of Hoi An. Laundry done within a few hours and delivered to the room. 20min grab taxi to nice beaches.

Not so-good. Their massage service is very disappointed, not recommend to use it. You would have a chance to experience massaging without air conditioner. Room is ok, some of power outlet did not work.

Great Stay

Staff was amazingly friendly and attentive. The room was lovely, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel itself was quite pretty with all the vines and flowers, and really enjoyed the pool. Also very easy access to the old town.

Little oasis in Hoi An

Very nice hotel close walking distance to the river and old town with the boats and lanterns. Very comfortable room and bathroom. Pool was lovely with all the greenery, excellent breakfast and room service selection and very friendly staff.

The hotel seemed nice but right away I noticed the bedding didn’t seem clean. Later that night when it was time for bed I noticed bugs in the bed. We were bitten at night during our sleep. We let the staff know upon check out that we experienced bugs in our room. They apologized but that was it

Overall a nice convenient hotel

Beautiful hotel about 15 Min walk from the old town. Very convenient location and able to hire bikes for free to ride into town. The hotel is lovely, beautiful pool area. Breakfast buffet was nice. Room and bathroom was big and clean. The bed could have been more comfortable, it had a blanket underneath to make it softer but it was too small for a king bed so you felt like you would fall off the edges. Pillows not great either. Tried the hotel spa for a whole body massage which was not good. The therapist appeared to not know what she was doing and caused me pain during the massage.

The property is a few blocks away from the main area and super walkable with lots of restaurants. The hotel restaurant was great. I really enjoyed this hotel but the only complaint was that my room had a really bad musty smell. The staff are fantastic and very helpful. Anna at the bar was super friendly and she makes a great cocktail.
