Probs the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There was one faulty cupboard door in my room, but I didn’t need to use it so didn’t affect me personally but depending on your intended use of the space something to be aware of. Staff are amazing, the space is so tranquil and relaxing. Staff have a good level of English, someone was always on the desk, I couldn’t stop smiling the whole time I was there tbh and didn’t want to leave.

We visited Vietnam to attend a friends wedding and were so fortunate to stay at the Minh Boutique!! The entire staff is so warm and kind, from the first greeting to the goodbye. Rooms are cozy and quiet with comfy beds for sound sleeping after a day out on the town. The breakfast is also great - we loved the daily rotation of local fruit! The staff helped us rent motorbikes, recommended an amazing hidden beach (with monkeys!) to visit, lent us towels, helped us do laundry, and were genuinely warm and thoughtful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Đà Nẵng and hope to return someday!! To any of the staff who see this review, know that we are thinking of you and wish you well <33

The staff were all very friendly and helpful and buffet breakfast was delicious and prepared with love. But there were also some misses. The design of the hotel room was lacking. No light switches, table or power outlets near bed. They brought in a table and extension cord, but you have to get out of bed to turn the lights off and then, if you need to get up at night, have to fumble around in the dark. The bathroom area was VERY cramped. When I opened the bathroom door, it kept hitting the bathroom blinds, which were already broken by previous stays. The sink area was SO small I could barely fit my toiletries. The floors had a lot of different levels - had to be careful walking. There was a lot of noise coming from outside restaurants and bars until 11pm one night and after midnight the next. It seems the hotel has tried to ask these places to stop playing music so late but it continues to be a problem. For the price, I think there are better options. However, the staff was very helpful in arranging transport, and quite friendly.

We, 3 female adults, we were looking forward to staying at Minh Boutique. Unfortunately, our experience was very negative. We paid to be picked up at the airport and there was no there for us. Upon hotel arrival, a kind staff member informed us she did not have our reservation. When we were finally showed a room, it did not meet our needs. We explained our issues and the staff member helped connect us to the manager. Though clearly disappointed, the manager agreed to let us cancel the reservation. Now over a week later, the manager has not cancelled the reservation so we are still out the money. We hope that she will finally cancel it through Expedia and honor her agreed upon word. Please use caution booking here. We will certainly revise this review if our issues are resolved as promised.

Room design was good. It was mentioned it was a new hotel but our stay wasn’t as enjoyable. Spotted cockroaches (2 of them) in the hotel, and there are several mosquitoes during our stay. We wasn’t able to sleep well during our last night (we stayed for 3) as there are multiple mosquitoes biting us. :( The only comfort, service was excellent.

小さいホテルの良さがとっても出ていると思います。アットホーム感があり。エレベーターやプール、朝食も混まないで、ストレスありませんでした。部屋もゆったりして、BGMも良かった。近隣もランドリー、マッサージ、スーパーもあり便利でした。ダナンの定宿にしたいと思います。
