This is our second time staying at this hotel--great design and feel, fantastic staff, reasonable price, good location, good breakfast buffet, nice pool, lovely gardens.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable- beds a little hard for me - but that’s a personal choice. Breakfast very good- but coffee could be better. The hotel has a free bus that takes you to the beach and old town several Rome’s per day. Overall a very pleasant stay.

awesome stay and nice down town!

they staff is very friendly and helpful. it's not mainly in downtown but the local area is quite nice and you find something to eat. the pool is a bit hot. the stay was great there. the most we appreciated the free shuttle to down town and to the beach - awesome service! (beach shuttle could maybe drive a bit longer in the evening (: )

This is an older property, but still quite nice. The staff are outstanding and will help in any way. The pool is nice but could do with a clean, but still ok to swim in. The property offers a scheduled free bus service to both the town centre and the beach at various times of the day.

The hotel was comfortable and staff were very helpful. We used the hotel free shuttle to visit Hoi An Town and the hotel’s beach. It all worked well. The Restaurant Manager, Nina, and all the staff were friendly and usually smiled. The only thing we did not like was the hotel’s location was 2.5 km from Hoi An Town. We like to walk and this location challenged our usual approach of walking places. The hotel shuttle was helpful but the schedule did not always meet our needs.

Great Hotel in Hoi An!

This hotel was great for what we were looking for, half way between the beach and the historic old town and a shuttle to both. The service was outstanding, the grounds were kept immaculately and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast was really over the top, great cut fresh fruit, several hot items including made to order eggs, sweet pastries, etc. We were impressed. The pool area was well maintained but maybe not suitable for little children as there was no shallow end, but great for adults. We stayed about a week and would have loved to stay longer.

Simply wonderful Hotel, amazing staff, a must see.

In my opinion This is the best places to stay in Hoi An, the rooms are spacious with really comfortable beds, all rooms seem to have at least one balcony which is great, wonderful showers too. The staff are quite simply amazing, nothing Is too much for any of them, we love them. They always have a genuine smile, enquire about your day / night and so professsional, Special mention must go to Jane, Emily, Sen, Miu Miu, Giung. Apologies guys if I spelt anyone’s name wrong. See you next year without a doubt.

Good hotel

Good hotel, great breakfast, easy to walk into town 10min or take cheap taxi, avoid massage place opposite not good. Its not very close to town, but in a good area that's more local. Viet restaurant next door good, Dingo Deli café nearby very nice.

Great hotel

Really nice hotel. We had two connecting rooms which was perfect for our family of 4. The staff were excellent, pool was really nice and the breakfast was good. Free bike hire was a bonus which we used regularly. They also provide a shuttle to the old town and beach, which they have a private area with free sun beds. Would definitely stay here again.

Very Nice Staff - Room not so nice.

The staff was very nice and accommodating and the breakfast was delicious. However the grounds were just okay, the room was very dated and the bed was hard as a rock.

A really nice hotel in an incredible town

This is one of the nicest hotels that we have stayed at in our three months in SE Asia. Lovely staff, incredible breakfast and a really great room. Pool is really nice as well. Awesome to have this and also be so close to town. Thanks!

Great Hotel and Spa
