Great location

The hotel is in a great location, only a 5-10 minute walk to the main pedestrian area of Old Hoi An. The room was fairly basically furnished, comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean with a good shower. Breakfast was good - wide selection on the buffet in the morning. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was a bit chilly but OK for a quick dip.

The room is a little dated hence there's some mold and our sink was leaking throughout our stay. Breakfast was great. Location is amazing as well. Special shout-out to Rose, Kate and Anna from the breakfast area for their great customer service and sincerity and the bellboys who were so kind. On the contrary, we felt Cherry the receptionist was a little standoffish and she did not even bother greeting us when we arrived in the morning nor did she get the bellboy (who was probably busy) to help with the luggages. We lugged our own luggages up the flight of stairs ourselves while she sat at the reception, and we went up to her ourselves despite being the only guests present when we arrived. Her demeanor really pales in contrast to the other 3 above mentioned ladies. Otherwise, this was a great stay.

So far the best customer service I've received at any hotel I have stayed at. The staff was very attentive, informative, efficient, friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. We were so impressed by the personalized service we received. It's so conveniently located and easily accessible. Loved this little hotel!

The staff at little Hoi an boutique were excellent. Kate and Kayle as well as the rest of the team were very helpful, offered lots of suggestions of things to do in Hoi An and were very accommodating. We loved the area surrounding the hotel as it was a short walk to the old town and was close to the market and shops. The choice of food at breakfast was great and the rooms very clean.

Little Hoi An was in an ideal location and all shops, markets, Japanese bridge, restaurants were in a short walking distance. While I booked a ‘Deluxe Room’ about 2 mths ago, I’m not certain the booking was as described. There was a note upon arrival regarding ‘unexpecteded’ all-day curb/sidewalk construction in front of the hotel, another building next door undergoing construction and the hotel pool and lounge area totally closed. Our room was comfortable and quiet but the view was a ‘wall’. Rather than ‘make a fuss’ the room was adequate since we only slept there. Breakfast service and selection was good. I would like to make mention that the soap/shampoo dispensers are glass, not plastic, and picked up by a loose top, accidentally dropping it and shattering on the shower floor! Of course we had to summon housekeeping for a glass clean-up. It was promptly taken care of however at check out we were ‘presented’ with a charge of 200,000 dong for the mishap.

Lovely little hotel within walking distance to the old town but far enough away to be quiet. The hotel had by far the best breakfast of all the hotels we stayed in in Vietnam. Pastries were fresh and the salads really delicious. The staff were great and very welcoming.

Excellent charming boutique hotel, a few steps away from the Old Quarter. Hotel staff is excellent!!! Arrange your day trips, transport and tours with the hotel. Staff recommended a local seafood place (Hon restaurant) by the beach and the local town tour via electric car dropped us off there. Food was fresh and super yummy! There is a nice breakfast spread every morning both local and international selection. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated with local wood work, includes standard hotel amenities like toothbrush, shampoo and shower gel. They even have coffee, tea, bottled water and fruit in the rooms! There is a small pool and elevator for convenience. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were wonderful! The room was well appointed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is right near all the action and is literally steps away from the night market and nightly activity.
