Fantastic hotel all round. Firstly, all the staff were superb particularly the reception staff, the bar staff and the main restaurant staff. The spa was relaxing and a great experience and the breakfasts were really good with a great choice, helpful staff and a wonderful egg station. We loved our room which was spotless with a very efficient air conditioner and a lovely shower room. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. No hesitation in recommending this hotel which is close to all attractions in Hoi An - 5 stars for sure.

We absolutely loved our stay at Little Hoi An Hotel, and we truly could not have chosen a better place to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary. From the very first moment — starting with the airport arrival and continuing through the warm welcome at the hotel — everything was flawless. The entire team is simply fantastic: kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. The room was immaculate, the daily cleaning was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. One of the most touching moments was the lovely decoration prepared to celebrate our anniversary, including a cake. It made us feel truly special and deeply appreciated. We are incredibly grateful for the kindness, attention to detail, and hospitality we experienced during our stay. We honestly have no words to fully express our gratitude. Thank you for making such an important milestone in our lives even more memorable. We will cherish these memories forever and hope to return one day.

The room was clean and spacious, the balcony was lovely overlooking the river and you could see the lantern boats. Location was great, right next to all the action, everything was walkable. Considering the location we actually had 0 issues with noise at night so was super peaceful. The staff were all incredible and very accommodating, we left some items behind and they graciously had our items delivered at our next stay in Da Nang.

This is a gem of a hotel and this being my 9th on this trip, I can compare. Great location, minutes walk from the old town and the same to the ‘party street’ if that is your thing. Room (with balcony) was spacious and well appointed. The breakfast choice was the best so far, with multiple salads, a good bread and pastries choice, as well as the usual fare. The staff are worth a special mention; just superb. Nothing is too much trouble. Overall I would highly recommended staying here.

Friendly and attentive staff. After a day or two reception addressed us by name. Breakfast was top notch quality, presentation and variety. The cooking class was excellent and we produced a sumptuous feast to enjoy for lunch.

Nice hotel for a few nights but the room was located right outside the main restaurant and so it was noisy. I’d suggest requesting a room that isn’t on the ground floor.

From the moment that we arrived the staff were friendly and professional. The room size is great and perfect for a 6 night stay. The location is great and is easily walkable to the old town, bars, restaurants and night market. Perfect location for first timers visiting Hoi An. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

Little Hoi A was a perfect place for us! Is a beautiful hotel with the friendliest and caring staff! (Our flight was unfortunately delay, and we arrive Hoi A late around 11pm, and the lovely staff prepare some pastry for us in case we were hungry on arrival!) Pros: - walking distance to old towns (5-10 minutes) - amazing breakfast, with great selection of western & Vietnamese cuisine - beautiful bar - chic interior design - clean & spacious room - air con!!! - laundry service (timely and they did an amazing job with my suncream stained dress xxx) - gym & swimming pool We were lucky that little hoi a let us upgrade to ‘journey through time’ package (including airport pick up (one way), massage, cooking class and lantern making class)!! We would definitely recommend little Hoi An to our friends and family 💙

The hotel is away from the busy area but just a short walking to the old town. Very convenience to everywhere. The shuttle to the beach is a bonus. Won’t hesitate to recommend it.

Great location

The hotel is in a great location, only a 5-10 minute walk to the main pedestrian area of Old Hoi An. The room was fairly basically furnished, comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean with a good shower. Breakfast was good - wide selection on the buffet in the morning. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was a bit chilly but OK for a quick dip.

The room is a little dated hence there's some mold and our sink was leaking throughout our stay. Breakfast was great. Location is amazing as well. Special shout-out to Rose, Kate and Anna from the breakfast area for their great customer service and sincerity and the bellboys who were so kind. On the contrary, we felt Cherry the receptionist was a little standoffish and she did not even bother greeting us when we arrived in the morning nor did she get the bellboy (who was probably busy) to help with the luggages. We lugged our own luggages up the flight of stairs ourselves while she sat at the reception, and we went up to her ourselves despite being the only guests present when we arrived. Her demeanor really pales in contrast to the other 3 above mentioned ladies. Otherwise, this was a great stay.
