Nice hotel with friendly staff. We actually when to Rice river villa as the Green world villa was under renovation. But itโ€™s managed by the same people and they were the one redirecting us to that villa. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious the only thing is that thereโ€™s no sound proofing and the walls are very fine so you can here everything ( people talking downstairs, the doors closing, people going up and down the stairs and also sometimes the karaoke singer across the road). The plus side is the free push bikes as the villa is approx. 3kms away from Hoi An old town. The swimming pool (nice and clean).

The lady who will welcome you is in one way nice she is trying to help you to make the most out of your time in Hoi An but on the other side she takes to long to explain this... and then itโ€™s alth because she is trying to sell you stuff so that she can make more money. Pictures are well done because rooms looks bigger as in the reality. Hotel was new but is not anymore in my room there was issue with water an the wall...

My partner and I had a great three-night stay here. Sisters Vy and Kim make you feel very welcome and at home. They give you advice about where to eat and local tourist information and the room was comfortable. Plus you can use free bikes to wizz around town, which we did every day. We loved being a little bit out of the hustle and bustle of the historic quarter, but only a 5-minute bike ride into town, especially riding along the river road, which is very serene.

Great small family hotel/homestay!

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is more of homestay as opposed to a hotel, however my room and the ensuite are of a hotel standard. Fast WiFi and very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was good. There is also a nice pool which catches the sun in the morning so good for relaxing. It is a 20/25 min walk from the old town, however you can walk along the river in a straight line so is very easy (no busy roads or beep beeps!). There is a good restaurant a 2 min walk from hotel, great pizzas.

Clean comfortable but far from town

Pros are clean room, quiet, comfortable bed and satisfactory breakfast. Cons are poor WiFi which did not work at all at times, far from town and taxi had very hard time finding the hotel.

The villa is great. Very spacious, clean and friendly service. Considering the flood hit Hoi An the week before, they have done a great job cleaning up. The hotel is close enough to Hoi An, a bit hard to find but local taxi knows where to go.

A perfect stay

The hotel is almost new, so it's pristine. The staff is super helpful, especially Jack (the owner) who makes sure your stay is perfect and will give you advice on where to eat. The room and bathroom were clean, spacious and comfortable. The cooked to order breakfast was great. They have bikes and motorcycles for rent. The location was great too. It's a 10 minute bike ride from the city center. All in all, my stay here was perfect and I highly recommend the place.

Brilliant cheap homestay villa

As of Sept 2017, this homestay only opened 5 months ago, and you can tell that it was put together with care and held to high standards. It is run by a Vietnamese man who goes by 'Jack', who is incredibly friendly & helpful. The suites have high ceilings and are of a quality that you'd normally have to pay 2 or 3 times the price to have. Jack will rent you scooters for $5 per day, and Hoi An centre is a quick 5 minute scoot away. I was a bit hesitant before booking this place because it's so new and doesn't have many reviews, but I'm glad I took the risk - you should too!

This place is amazing, lovely accomadation, beautiful owners nothing was too much trouble.Excellent value for money. They even helped our friends book another hotel near beach. I would def stay here again just a short ride into town. Highly recommend. Thankyou for a lovely stay.
